  • Ensures completion of patient evaluations prior to procedures.
  • Educates patients and families on health topics and preventive measures.
  • Ensures compliance with documentation standards for daily and quarterly logs.
  • Informs physicians of patient conditions throughout procedures.
  • Acts as a liaison between physicians and patients or their support persons.
  • Advocates for patients' needs and rights.
  • Delivers and explains discharge instructions clearly.
  • Confirms physician clearance for patient discharge.
  • Manages inventory and supplies in clinical areas.
  • Ensures compliance with safety equipment protocols.
  • Conducts inspections of safety equipment as required.
  • Implements safety drills and maintains readiness.
  • Oversees controlled substances inventory and compliance.
  • Ensures operational efficiency of medical and administrative equipment.
  • Orders supplies as necessary.
  • Regularly checks work communications throughout the day.
  • Completes all mandatory training and professional development.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the practicing state or compact eligibility.
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Able to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals and the public.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Demonstrates patience and understanding in high-pressure situations.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Annual proof of influenza vaccination required.
  • Completion of PPD testing as per staff requirements.
  • All staff are expected to uphold high ethical standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in a Pain Management setting.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Travel Requirements:
Reliable transportation is necessary, with travel required up to 80% of the time.
