Account Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Pro Talent HR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, ability to build and maintain positive relationships, and fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP), Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
- Software: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational and planning skills.
