About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Associate to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
