Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Staffmark Group. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Assist with cash transactions, including managing cash drawers and processing payments
  • Utilize QuickBooks to track finances, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software
