Job Overview:

Our client, a prominent and expanding brand in the Beauty sector, is seeking an Associate Growth Marketing Manager to enhance their team. This role demands hands-on expertise in Paid Social and Paid Search, with Affiliate experience considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies utilizing customer insights to enhance segmentation, targeted messaging, and overall growth.
  2. Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring allocation aligns with business objectives and financial targets.
  3. Create monthly action plans aimed at achieving or exceeding sales targets while adapting to market demands.
  4. Manage relationships with paid media agencies, including budget oversight, campaign setup, optimization, audience structuring, and performance reporting.
  5. Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies to drive direct responses and acquire new users across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  6. Continuously measure and refine strategies and budgets based on performance metrics.
  7. Conduct daily lifecycle marketing activities for paid search and social advertising, including audience segmentation, content management, and optimization.
  8. Analyze SEM and SEO data for keyword insights and trends, implementing findings to enhance performance.
  9. Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly, conducting competitive research and analysis.
  10. Collaborate closely with the Design and Ecommerce Teams to ensure timely project execution and adherence to design specifications.
  11. Review campaign metrics, translating insights into regular performance updates for the marketing team and actionable plans for future initiatives.
  12. Oversee customer segmentation and develop tailored marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and encourage repeat purchases.
  13. Manage and expand the affiliate network and partnerships, ensuring timely handling of invites and participation in monthly initiatives.
  14. Research and propose new digital marketing initiatives to broaden audience reach, customer base, and revenue through a comprehensive digital marketing approach.
  15. Report on key performance indicators across all channels, providing actionable insights on a regular basis.
  16. Implement new reporting tools and programs as necessary.
