As a Growth Marketing Manager at DrChrono, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our lead generation efforts and shaping our overall revenue strategy. This position requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, allowing you to make a significant impact on our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that yield measurable business outcomes.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to derive insights and recommend optimizations to achieve revenue goals.
- Create and execute comprehensive multi-channel campaigns, including Lead Vendors, SEM, and Paid Social, to drive lead generation and optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on the performance of all campaigns, continuously refining program effectiveness.
- Assess campaign ROI and guide marketing budget allocations based on historical performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand lead quality and develop content that enhances sales enablement.
- Elevate brand awareness and interest in our offerings.
- Manage and enhance the underlying data model essential for market segmentation and insights.
- Ensure successful implementation and utilization of marketing automation tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing within a B2B SaaS environment or agency, focusing on demand generation or brand growth through various channels.
- Proficient in building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Domo, or Power BI.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with marketing metrics (CAC, CPL, ROI, LTV, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a passion for marketing and healthcare.
- Understanding of electronic medical records and practice management software is a plus.
- Technical knowledge in data models, database design, and segmentation techniques.
- Solid grasp of trends in web analytics, search marketing, email marketing, and social media.
