- Identify and analyze customer challenges, driving efficiency improvements for both the customer and Genentech through independent problem-solving.
- Contribute to revenue growth by recognizing opportunities for additional assays and consumables.
- Perform duties autonomously, demonstrating advanced knowledge of complex systems and scientific applications.
- Utilize independent judgment to assess customer needs and resolve issues that arise during implementation.
- Adapt processes and tools as necessary to meet the intricate demands of the role.
- Manage projects effectively while serving as a subject matter expert for customers.
- Commit to maintaining and enhancing the quality system, ensuring that quality objectives are met through daily actions.
- Regular attendance is essential to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or IT setting within a clinical lab.
- Ability to learn and stay updated on Roche solutions, including chemistry, immunology, molecular biology, and IT solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by project management experience.
- Exceptional consultative skills, fostering strong relationships with customers through advanced scientific knowledge and engagement.
- Capability to work independently as a field-based contributor.
- Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
- Bachelor's degree and relevant Clinical Laboratory certifications are preferred.
