Automotive Lead Service Technician

As a Lead Technician at Bridgestone Retail Operations, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer care. With a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding technicians to achieve efficiency and quality in their work. Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including drivability and electrical systems.
• Lead a team of technicians in performing technical activities, providing guidance and mentoring as needed.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical individuals, ensuring seamless customer service experience.
Requirements:
• A.S.E. certification in at least 5 (five) of A1-A8 (L1 can be one of the five) is required.
• Must have a minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
