About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Brand Sales Manager to lead our New Car Sales department at Mercedes-Benz of Augusta. This is a high-volume luxury brand dealership that requires a strong sales leader to engage with customers and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet monthly sales forecast and profit objectives
- Create and organize all sales activities for the New Car Sales department
- Recruit, hire, and develop a retail sales force
- Establish a positive relationship with customers by getting involved from the beginning
- Maintain vehicle inventory and days' supply
- Ensure salespeople are informed of new inventory and current advertising efforts, including rebates and incentives
- Appraise incoming used vehicles
- Work with the General Manager to forecast monthly sales and expenses
- Assist salespeople in customer interactions and enhance customer satisfaction during the purchase experience
- Supervise new car sales associates to meet individual and department sales quotas
- Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop best practices for efficient sales approach
- Other duties may be assigned by management

Requirements
- 5+ years of previous experience in Automotive Sales Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, Word)
- ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Desire to work in a commission-based environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Great attitude with high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
- Outstanding communication skills in verbal and written format
