Responsibilities- Assist in daily store operations to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Navigate cutting-edge technology to maximize opportunities and streamline processes.
- Lead teams and individuals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Utilize A-Lane for vehicle appraisals and ensure accurate completion of financing paperwork.
- Prepare and execute contracts for vehicle delivery, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction performance.
- A minimum of [5] years of experience in automotive sales with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per annum.
