Job Title: Automotive Territory Development Specialist

NitroFill is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Territory Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealership accounts to drive revenue growth through increased product usage.

With a focus on customer satisfaction and product effectiveness, you will cultivate long-lasting relationships with dealerships in the Augusta, GA area to provide comprehensive customer support, maintenance, and training for NitroFill products. This role requires extensive travel (90-95%) within normal business hours, occasionally requiring overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealership Communication and Support: Conduct continuous face-to-face, email, or video meetings with dealerships to address concerns, provide training, and ensure product value is understood.
  • Account Analysis: Perform detailed account analysis to identify strategies for revenue growth and develop action plans with the dealership based on account performance data.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-location product, application, sales, and procedure training for dealership teams and ensure they are well-versed in best practices, product knowledge, and placement strategies.
  • Business Development: Leverage existing relationships with dealerships to generate new business opportunities and leads for the Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of automotive industry experience preferred, but not required. 1 year of account management or direct sales experience also preferred, but not required.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license.
  • Skills: Analytical skills, ability to effectively utilize software applications, excellent communication and presentation skills, and general business acumen.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
