Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mobile Service: Travel to clients' locations, including homes, offices, or roadside, to provide on-the-spot vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  2. Diagnosis: Inspect vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues.
  3. Repair and Maintenance: Perform a variety of tasks, including engine and transmission repairs, brake system maintenance, oil changes, tire replacements, and more.
  4. Adherence to Safety: Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations, promoting the safety of both customers and team members.
  5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair issues, offering solutions, and obtaining necessary approvals before proceeding with work.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including parts used, labor hours, and costs, for billing and reference purposes.
  7. Parts Management: Efficiently manage and order necessary parts and materials to complete repairs.
  8. Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues for prompt resolution.
  9. Continual Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and trends through training and workshops.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
  2. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  3. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  4. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
  2. Previous experience as a mobile mechanic.
  3. HVAC or refrigeration certification (for refrigerated vehicle repairs, if applicable).
  4. Multilingual skills to cater to a diverse customer base.

Estimated Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
