Responsabilidades Clave:
- Coordinar y gestionar todo el proceso de desarrollo de propuestas desde su inicio hasta su presentación.
- Analizar RFPs, RFQs y RFIs para comprender los requisitos del cliente y asegurar que las propuestas cumplan con todas las especificaciones.
- Desarrollar cronogramas de propuestas, delinear responsabilidades y establecer plazos para los miembros del equipo.
- Colaborar con ventas, ingeniería, gestión de proyectos y otros departamentos para recopilar la información y el contenido necesarios.
- Redactar, editar y formatear el contenido de las propuestas para garantizar claridad, precisión y consistencia.
- Asegurar que todas las propuestas se adhieran a los estándares de calidad y marca de la empresa.
- Mantener una base de datos de plantillas de propuestas, contenido estándar y envíos anteriores.
- Monitorear y rastrear el estado de las propuestas, proporcionando actualizaciones regulares a las partes interesadas relevantes.
- Asistir en actividades posteriores a la propuesta, incluyendo análisis y lecciones aprendidas para mejorar futuras presentaciones.
- Título universitario en administración de empresas, comunicaciones, marketing, tecnología de la información o un campo relacionado.
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en coordinación de propuestas, redacción técnica o un rol similar.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
- Dominio del paquete de Microsoft Office, especialmente Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
- Experiencia con software de gestión de propuestas es un plus.
- Conocimiento de la industria de TI y redes es deseable.
- Autónomo con un fuerte sentido de urgencia.
- Colaborador con una actitud positiva.
- Habilidades para resolver problemas y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Alto nivel de integridad y profesionalismo.
