Key Responsibilities- Interface with patients, families, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Admit patients, process paperwork, and update patient demographics in our system
- Collect monies due and document in our billing system
- Handle funds per office procedure
- Cross-train for other Business Office positions
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year previous experience or hospital clerical experience preferred
- Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
- Good communication skills
- Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required
