**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience leading a team and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
