**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Danfoss LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of customer service professionals to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience leading a team and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
