Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with a prominent Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) client. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, adept communicator, and proactive project manager, ensuring the client’s needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Oversee a substantial IDN customer account portfolio, employing a consultative approach to foster strong relationships.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the client, addressing issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.

2. Communication Management:
- Facilitate effective communication between the client and Cardinal Health, ensuring clarity on service levels and product availability.
- Lead regular meetings and discussions to enhance collaboration and address concerns.

3. Project Management:
- Manage complex customer transactions with a focus on quality improvement initiatives.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a strong background in account management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business leaders.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting, particularly with Excel.
