ClearPath TMS is seeking an onsite Customer Success Manager to assume a pivotal role within our customer success division.
This is an onsite position. Relocation assistance is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering training and assistance for client onboarding and new functionalities.
- Supporting current clients with data-related challenges within our platform.
- Serving as a bridge between our clients and external software vendors during the integration of specialized modules of our platform.
- Collaborating with the sales, engineering, and leadership teams to enhance our training resources for both internal personnel and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Proven experience in supporting extensive software systems.
- Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with colleagues, staff, and clients throughout the workday.
