Business Development Representative

Omnitech, Inc. is a software engineering firm that specializes in helping businesses create and fulfill opportunities through custom technology solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Growth Professional to join our team in Sioux Falls or Rapid City location.
In this role, you'll leverage your sales expertise and passion for technology to build and nurture customer relationships and identify opportunities that help them succeed.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in post-sale follow-ups with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Identify and develop clients through existing contacts, cold calling, advertising resources, networking, and research
- Qualify clients based on their needs and our capabilities
- Maintain sales funnel and corresponding status information for potential opportunities for both new and existing clients
- Work with the sales team, create and present proposals to clients
- Collaborate with internal staff throughout the sales and fulfillment process to ensure project success while providing positive client experiences
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years outside sales experience
- Has maintained long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Proven skill in presenting value rather than price
- Honest approach to problem-solving
- Consistently meet sales objectives while maintaining strong client relationships, and analyze the performance of sales activities
- Local and regional travel regularly
