Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at U.S. Bancorp. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and providing them with the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset.

In this role, you will engage with customers via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually. You will also work closely with our team to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of business principles and the ability to analyze complex data.

This is a full-time position based in the United States, offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
