Senior Enterprise Account Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager to join our growing team at EarthCam Inc.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage strong professional relationships with assigned enterprise accounts.
- Take full responsibility for accurate forecasting, regular monthly revenue delivery, and implementations of account and business plans.
- Understand and apply market, industry, and competitive knowledge to account management strategy.
- Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Propose solutions and recommendations to support client needs/requirements.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Build and manage an accurate sales forecast and manage a pipeline of projects.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
- Coordinate efforts with Regional Territory Sales Managers.
- Attend regular virtual team meetings.
- 10-15% travel to visit clients as needed.
Requirements
- An experienced B2B Enterprise Sales Manager.
- Able to identify, critique, suggest, and implement changes to client's business optimization processes.
- A self-motivator and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- A natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience selling to large construction companies, developers, and general contractors is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytics and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
