About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager to join our growing team at EarthCam Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage strong professional relationships with assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Take full responsibility for accurate forecasting, regular monthly revenue delivery, and implementations of account and business plans.
  • Understand and apply market, industry, and competitive knowledge to account management strategy.
  • Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
  • Propose solutions and recommendations to support client needs/requirements.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Build and manage an accurate sales forecast and manage a pipeline of projects.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests.
  • Coordinate efforts with Regional Territory Sales Managers.
  • Attend regular virtual team meetings.
  • 10-15% travel to visit clients as needed.

Requirements

  • An experienced B2B Enterprise Sales Manager.
  • Able to identify, critique, suggest, and implement changes to client's business optimization processes.
  • A self-motivator and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • A natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling to large construction companies, developers, and general contractors is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytics and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
