Benefits Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day benefit administration tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with HR team members to design and implement effective benefit strategies.
- Maintain accurate records, process claims, and perform reconciliation tasks.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external constituents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and administer employee benefits programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: Estimated annual salary range: $57,366 - $65,000 depending on qualifications and location.
