Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day benefit administration tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to design and implement effective benefit strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records, process claims, and perform reconciliation tasks.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external constituents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Estimated annual salary range: $57,366 - $65,000 depending on qualifications and location.
