Job Summary

The District Performance Coordinator plays a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in pharmacies across the market. As a key support partner to the Pharmacy District Leader, the District Performance Coordinator brings forward insights to help improve pharmacy district-level performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage pharmacist scheduling and payroll for the district, including partnering with the District Support Pharmacist Leader to ensure that District Support Pharmacists are scheduled accordingly.
- Manage Vaccine Clinic Scheduling for flu season, including inputting clinics into the schedule and revising pharmacist schedules to cover clinics as needed.
- Handle administrative activities, such as expenses, payroll, supply ordering, and reporting.
- Pull, format, and analyze reporting to highlight district and individual pharmacy opportunities for the Pharmacy District Leader and District Support Pharmacist Leader.
- Follow up on outstanding issues, including exception reporting, CRS audits, IT/service ticket escalations, and calendar and email requests for the Pharmacy District Leader.

Requirements

- High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- Pharmacy Technician experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity and experience with mySchedule and Workbrain or other scheduling/time and attendance/payroll systems strongly preferred.
