Job Summary

This position assists various social services programs with administrative functions and tasks under limited supervision. The role supports Community Living Services programming, including Social Workers, service providers, and individuals served. Key responsibilities include processing service arrangements, assisting with intake and case transfers, performing administrative tasks, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and authorize provider payments based on contract language for compliance with statutory requirements and county policies.
  • Create administration and fiscal case components in software systems for case management, including eligibility, service coding, and data integrity.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with state and federal mandates.
  • Communicate with service providers and track progress regarding service agreements and payments.
  • May coordinate intake and case management transfer processes for social services programs.
  • May process background checks and track documentation for licensure of providers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • An associate's degree in business administration, human services, or a related field, accompanied by one year of progressively responsible administrative experience.
  • Or a high school diploma with three years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in keyboard skills, including typing at least 45 WPM.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in electronic databases and records management systems
High-level skill with Microsoft Office applications
Experience working with diverse populations and clients with limited English proficiency

Work Environment

The position combines remote and in-office work, with some travel required. The role involves sedentary work and extensive computer use.

Estimated Salary: $54,166 - $75,230/yearSelection Process
