Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our Personal Financial Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring client relationships, ensuring a consistent positive client experience, and working closely with our Managing Director, Wealth Manager, or Wealth Advisor to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage client interactions, including requests, calls, and emails, using our official books and records (SalesForce).
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings, delivering all necessary materials and ensuring timely completion of commitments.
- Escalate potential client issues to Managing Director or Wealth Adviser as appropriate.
- Document all notes and action items during client meetings and ensure timely completion of commitments.
- Copy MD, WM, or WA on all outgoing customer correspondence.
- Deliver Money Mind surveys to clients via SalesForce as directed.
- Review task assignments for each client and work with team members to ensure timely completion of follow-up and action items.
- Engage in Client Case Prep meetings, providing recommendations and feedback relative to client financial plans.
- Manage developing and maintaining suitability documentation using client file standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Client Service.
- CFP preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the financial industry.
