Key Responsibilities

The Sales and Account Growth Expert will be responsible for managing and executing customer retention strategies, engaging with clients to understand and address their unique needs, resolve issues, and reduce cancellations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Retention: Manage and execute customer retention strategies, engaging with clients to understand and address their unique needs, resolve issues, and reduce cancellations.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and run targeted inside sales campaigns that drive customer engagement, promote system upgrades, and offer discounted services that enhance customer security.
  • Data Analysis & Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and account data to identify service improvement opportunities and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, customer support, and operations teams to align retention and inside sales efforts with company goals.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Track campaign performance, compile metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership on retention and sales activities.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
