Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services in a Massachusetts school setting.

About the Role

This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a School Psychologist. The successful candidate will conduct assessments and evaluations, develop intervention plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Counseling and Intervention: Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed, utilizing evidence-based strategies.
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective intervention plans to address emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive educational environments and promote student success.
Requirements
  • Certification or Licensure: Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist Certification or Licensure.
  • Educational Background: Masters or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology.
  • Experience: Proven experience in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with students, families, and staff.
