- Policy Reviews and Recommendations: Conduct thorough policy reviews to provide expert recommendations to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing: Utilize knowledge of State Farm's insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads, driving new business growth and revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
