Core Responsibilities:
  • Assists the General Manager in overseeing the team to achieve excellence in areas such as customer service, food costs, labor expenses, safety, security, cleanliness, and food preparation.
  • Implements Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems effectively.
  • Ensures that all goals are met while following Company standards.
  • Maintains compliance with all applicable laws and ethical business practices.
  • Fosters a workplace culture that attracts top talent.
  • Provides guidance, direction, training, and development to the restaurant staff.
  • Supervises and manages the workforce efficiently.
  • Contributes to the management of the store's financial performance.
  • Involved in staffing decisions including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
  • Offers suggestions to enhance restaurant operations.
  • Coordinates and executes marketing initiatives within the local community to strengthen community relations.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Experience in a managerial role within a quick-service restaurant environment, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, costs, inventory, and sales effectively.
  • Strong leadership and collaborative skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks with thorough follow-through.
  • Proficient in using computers, POS systems, and various software applications.
  • Basic understanding of business mathematics and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify safety hazards in the workplace and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in training and developing team members.
  • Proficiency in English.
Experience, Education & Training:
  • Valid driver's license and insurance are required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a quick-service restaurant or customer service industry is preferred.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
