The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead our Enterprise team in revenue generation and strategic sales. This is a critical role that requires a proven track record of building sales organizations in fast-paced, high-results environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Enterprise team to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and metrics
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners
  • Drive high levels of engagement at trade shows to foster growth and strengthen relationships with ITS Logistics customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with Enterprise sellers to represent ITS Logistics, participating in customer visits both on-site and nationwide
  • Strategically align prospects and customers with Enterprise Sellers and Account Managers for optimal outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate insights and analytics for effective performance coaching
  • Oversee the Enterprise pipeline and forecasting for the group and individual sales team members
  • Provide the executive team with visibility reports on current business and future pipelines
  • Drive innovation in sales processes and tools, ensuring the team is equipped with the latest technologies and methodologies
  • Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for ITS Logistics
  • Provide mentorship and leadership development opportunities for emerging leaders within the sales team
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and budget management to maximize return on investment
  • Administer the enterprise team commission program
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Track record for building sales organizations in a fast-paced, high-results environment
  • Highly organized with a focus on using data and analytics to drive decisions
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively coach and influence others
  • Proven revenue generation strategies and leadership
  • Excellent understanding of sales best practices with the ability to implement customized solutions for customers
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced Technology understanding and competency including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong work ethic
