Senior Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our meat department.
Key Responsibilities- Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively, and develop strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality meat products to our members.
- Be a Business Leader: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, making informed business decisions to drive growth and profitability.
- Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, and maintaining a high-quality work area according to company policies and procedures.
- Be a Customer Advocate: Model high-quality service and products, executing the basics at the highest level of quality, and interacting with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training.
- Comply with Company Policies: Implement related action plans, use the Open Door Policy, and apply company standards of ethics and integrity in executing business processes and practices.
