  • Support the development and management of a collaborative portfolio with public sector agencies and relevant organizations.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, oversee fiscal policies, and manage annual grants and agreements totaling $20 million.
  • Guide senior leadership in innovative strategies for addressing resource management challenges.
  • Work closely with program teams on annual budgeting and financial operations.
  • Enhance organizational capabilities to boost partner and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage organizational expenditures and introduce strategic initiatives to mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Supervise marketing strategies and implement industry best practices.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively to promote staff development.
  • Mentor employees to enhance their skills and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Evaluate and implement improved processes and advanced technologies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nonprofit management, environmental science, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing complex organizational frameworks.
  • Demonstrated history of exceptional performance in nonprofit sectors.
  • Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $15 million successfully.
  • Exemplary ethical leadership.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to make strategic operational forecasts for the next three years.
