Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome guests, provide detailed menu information, and assist with any inquiries they may have.
  • Process orders accurately and manage transactions, ensuring all payments are handled smoothly.
  • Keep the cashier station clean and organized, including restocking supplies and maintaining tidiness.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and precise order fulfillment.
  • Adhere to food safety and quality standards, following all protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal abilities, be friendly, patient, and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Accuracy in processing transactions, handling cash, and recording sales is critical. Attention to detail is vital to prevent errors.
  • Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems is important, including the ability to count money and provide correct change.
  • Comfort with basic math calculations is necessary, as you will be managing transactions and reconciling discrepancies.
