Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, showing empathy and care in all interactions, and proactively identifying and addressing potential service challenges.
  • Prioritize customer engagement by offering a warm and friendly welcome, maintaining eye contact, and assisting customers in locating additional products as necessary.
  • Accurately execute cashier responsibilities, managing cash, checks, and credit card transactions with care while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the sales floor by restocking merchandise, checking in suppliers, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Provide assistance to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring that these areas are fully stocked and operational while staying updated on all new services and tools.
  • Assist pharmacy staff as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth and career development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain upright on feet, particularly for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects, including overhead lifting.
  • Close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts/details.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
