Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $13.25 to $13.75.


All roles come with ongoing training and opportunities for advancement, accompanied by pay increases. Our pay structure is transparent; we are a performance-oriented organization. You will not have to wait indefinitely for a raise; we acknowledge and reward your contributions promptly. It is common for new hires to receive multiple raises within their first year.


The Cashier / Front Counter Crew Member position is available as either part-time or full-time.


Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and processing their orders
  • Maintaining a friendly and diligent demeanor
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule

Previous experience in roles such as cashier, sales associate, or other front-of-house positions in the food service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
