Position Overview:

We seek a candidate with a vibrant personality and a genuine interest in wellness and recovery. The ideal individual should be enthusiastic and ready to assist clients upon their arrival.

The Guest Sales Associate will play a crucial role in guiding and educating clients in reaching their wellness objectives through outstanding customer service, social media marketing, and participation in community events.

This role also involves ongoing education about our products and services, collaborating with colleagues, and adhering to safety protocols within the center.


The Guest Sales Associate should be proactive, customer-focused, ambitious, positive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

This individual will work closely with the Center Manager and their team to identify and resolve issues, set expectations, establish goals, and complete daily responsibilities.

The candidate must possess the skills necessary to perform their duties with minimal supervision.

Base salary plus commission

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work a minimum of 12-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to understand and pass various iCRYO service assessments following initial training.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, addressing and resolving client concerns to foster loyalty.
  • Comprehend client needs and educate them on services in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed the minimum productivity standards set by the company, including sales targets.
  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
