As a Senior Business Transformation Consultant, you will provide expert guidance on business transformations, business architecture, and ERP transformation, leveraging your knowledge of sales and marketing processes to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business transformation strategies for Sales & marketing processes
  • Design and configure business capability maps and business architecture for manufacturing industry
  • Provide architecture for Sales & marketing and Integrated Applications
  • Engage in product evaluation of Sales & marketing solutions
  • Prepare roadmaps for business transformation, with dependencies
  • Lead design thinking workshops on topics related to process management and architecture
  • Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of customer workshops, and conduct workshops
  • Responsible for budgetary estimate and business case build
  • Adapt pre-configured solutions based on industry standards and conduct show & tell workshops with customers
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in any discipline
  • Implementation experience in any one of the applications - SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Hybris
  • Advisory experience in at least two Sales & marketing related business transformations
