We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Director to join our team at UBS. As a key member of our Group Internal Consulting team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and process optimization across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Engineering and Transformation: Assess and optimize front-to-back business processes to identify opportunities for transformation and improvement.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and procedures.
  • Regulatory Risk Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate regulatory risks associated with business processes.
  • Operational Risk Management: Develop and implement controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Consultant, Project Officer, or related occupation.
