At Gray Construction, we're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our dynamic team.

About the Role

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for collaboration. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate as a trusted team member
  • Act as a change-agent
  • Leverage people data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Leverage existing HR programs, policies, processes, and systems
  • Engage quickly, compassionately, and judiciously on employee relations issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in an administrative position (or equivalent combination)
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive
  • Experience in construction and bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred

Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
