Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to assigned personnel, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves screening telephone calls, receiving visitors, and taking messages.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum three years of advanced secretarial experience
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent vocabulary skills and demonstrated ability in English and grammar
  • Able to compose correspondence independently and use sound judgment in making complex decisions
