Job Overview

Phihong USA is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager/Director to lead our global marketing efforts. This is a fully onsite position located in Fremont, CA, requiring a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the Phihong brand message and drive sales.
  • Lead product marketing strategy, working closely with sales to identify and attract the right customers for new products.
  • Define product positioning and ensure alignment with the needs of target audiences.
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Oversee integrated communications, media strategy, and plans.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials, including corporate and product-related collateral, website content, and social media assets.
  • Manage executive communication for the senior leadership team, including presentation materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/marketing communications or public relations management, either in-house or with an agency.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in market research.
  • Experience in public speaking and demonstrated project management capability preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to international cultural differences.
