Job Title: Local Store Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Local Store Marketing Director to join our team at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer engagement in our Cincinnati Ohio location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement grassroots marketing tactics to create buzz and drive foot traffic to the business.
  • Identify and collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and community leaders to amplify brand presence and reach new audiences.
  • Act as the face of the company within the community, attending local events, networking with residents, businesses, and organizations, and establishing strong relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase catering sales, including outreach to corporate clients, event planners, and other potential catering customers in the area.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities align with the brand's values, messaging, and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all touch points.
  • Act as a conduit for gathering feedback from local customers, sharing insights with the broader marketing team to inform product development, service improvements, and future marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong focus on restaurant support
  • Proven track record of being sales-driven and profit-smart
  • Exercises sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Internally motivated and trustworthy
  • Possesses problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, attention to detail, and is process-oriented
  • Self-starter who is organized and capable of managing multiple priorities (project management skills)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of establishing goals and translating plans into actionable steps
  • Driven by data and results-oriented
