Job Summary

The Service Desk Manager is responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists, developing and implementing effective processes and procedures, and collaborating with senior management to drive business growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of customer support specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery and efficient issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaint rates.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify business needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to measure customer satisfaction and team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and reducing complaint rates.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
