Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our Community Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Spectrum's innovative products and services to key clients in the MDU industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level clientele, including C-suite executives and property owners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to identify new revenue-generating opportunities.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including day trips and occasional overnight stays.
