Enterprise Sales Leader

What You'll Do:- Lead a team of senior sales executives to exceed quarterly and annual new logo goals
- Develop and execute Notable's commercial strategy for new business, refining and scaling internal sales processes
- Engage with new prospects and win deals using a consultative, value-oriented approach that resonates with C-level decision makers
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure, to post-sale kickoff with our Partnership Delivery team
- Share feedback from the field to help shape the evolution of our product and service offerings
- Obsess over outcomes and continuously iterate and innovate to drive business evolution
- A seasoned enterprise sales leader with 10+ years of experience in business development, consulting, healthcare, or sales, with a proven track record of scaling sales functions
- Advanced proficiency with sales technologies and leveraging those tools to drive outcomes
- An experienced sales team manager with a quick thinking and problem-solving orientation
- A devoted team leader dedicated to building a diverse and multi-faceted team focused on excellence
- A proven track record of exceeding targets by running a consultative, multi-threaded sales process with large, complex prospect organizations
- A team player with a high level of integrity and a desire to assist your tribe. Flexibility as the organization scales rapidly is critical
- An approach to challenges with a beginner's mind and a desire to learn
- A proven capacity to develop relationships with key stakeholders and optimize enterprise customer accounts, understanding what it means to evangelize your product

- Prior healthcare experience is required
