Compensation Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to join our Total Rewards team. As a center of excellence, this role will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with TAG's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver competitive compensation solutions that attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with various teams to design job architecture and compensation bands that align with career progression frameworks.
  • Manage, audit, and maintain bonus plan data in Workday, supporting annual processes.
  • Lead the annual merit program and oversee the delivery and maintenance of compensation cycles using Workday Advanced Compensation.
  • Monitor changes in minimum wage regulations and update Workday accordingly.
  • Create impactful worksheets and presentations for leadership on compensation-related topics.
  • Participate in compensation benchmarking surveys and collaborate on the development of TAG's compensation philosophy.
  • Conduct pay equity analyses to ensure fair compensation practices across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of compensation experience, including base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field; CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and administering job architecture and compensation bands.
  • Strong experience with compensation benchmarking systems and survey submissions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convey data-driven insights and 'tell a story' through data.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and build partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Salary Range:

$110,000 - $130,000
