Compensation Strategist
Aspen Dental seeks a Compensation Strategist to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with our mission to support over 20,000 healthcare professionals across five consumer-facing brands. The ideal candidate will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and leaders to perform job analysis, survey matching, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Finance to manage, audit, and maintain bonus plan data in Workday.
- Lead the annual merit program and oversee the delivery and maintenance of compensation cycles using Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Monitor changes in minimum wage regulations and update Workday accordingly.
- Participate in compensation benchmarking surveys and develop TAG's compensation philosophy.
- Conduct pay equity analyses to ensure fair compensation practices across the organization.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of compensation experience, including base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong experience with compensation benchmarking systems and survey submissions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convey data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and build partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
