Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor to join our team at Limelight Hotels. As a key member of our F&B management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our breakfast, restaurant, and banquet services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the F&B management team in planning, coordinating, and executing daily operations
  • Supervise and train restaurant and bar staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Conduct daily reports and provide feedback to management on operational performance
  • Assist with food ordering, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Collaborate with the F&B management team to plan and execute special events, such as weddings and banquets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of food and cooking methods, wine, and beverage service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
