Join our team of culinary experts at Hotel Jerome, where we're passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Culinary Artisan, you'll play a key role in curating unforgettable meals that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

• Work independently in the kitchen, including pantry and banquet positions, as needed.
• Assist other team members with ongoing mentorship and training development.
• Develop daily features and special menus with the guidance of our chef.
• Lead and manage service in the absence of the chef.

• Formal training or education in culinary arts, with a focus on pastry and baking techniques.
• One year Cook II level or previous Cook I experience.
• Proficient in various baking methods, including dough preparation, pastry shaping, and decorating techniques.
