Position Overview:
This role is a remote opportunity within Abbott's Heart Failure division, specifically in the Acelis Connected Health sector. Our Heart Failure solutions are pivotal in tackling significant healthcare challenges worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
- Facilitate the adoption of digital health solutions in hospitals and clinics.
- Provide clinical consulting services through workflow analysis and value mapping to support both new and existing accounts.
- Optimize workflows by implementing data management tools in collaboration with the sales team.
- Offer on-site support for VADWatch implementations and ongoing training for clinical staff.
- Deliver continuous clinical support and education to sales team members.
- Collaborate with the sales team in strategic meetings with key customer decision-makers to promote our digital solutions.
- Support the development of corporate partners' products and services.
- Participate in high-level sales training and strategy sessions.
- Contribute insights for new product and service development, enhancing training materials and best practices.
- Assist in gathering evidence for clinical studies as needed.
- Stay informed about new developments in the field and share relevant information with appropriate departments.
- Travel is required up to 50-75% within the designated geographic area.
- Provide coverage for key accounts during sales territory vacancies to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and document all relevant interactions.
- Engage in ongoing education independently and as requested by Acelis Connected Health.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years of nursing experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in anticoagulation, heart failure, cardiac devices, or nursing education.
- Experience as a hospital VAD Coordinator is advantageous.
- Commitment to ongoing self-improvement through courses and seminars.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient analytical and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods.
- Must be open to travel within the assigned territory.
