Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous. Additionally, being multilingual would enhance your ability to serve a diverse clientele. This role requires a proactive and flexible individual who can excel in a vibrant retail atmosphere while delivering outstanding customer service and support to ensure the boutique operates seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager, your primary focus will be to provide an exceptional client experience by assisting Sales Associates, maintaining daily boutique operations, supporting Reception, and actively participating in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the daily supply replenishment for the sales floor, including shopping bags and wrapping materials, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of the boutique during opening and closing hours.
  • Ensure proper handling of morning jewelry displays and evening jewelry retrieval, along with backstock organization.
  • Accurately restock POS stations and work areas.
  • Collaborate closely with Management and Boutique Administrators to maintain merchandise in optimal condition.
  • Greet clients and assist with Reception responsibilities.
  • Adhere to all protocols established by Management and Corporate regarding client interactions.
  • Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image by consistently presenting a professional demeanor and adhering to the Service Charter.
